General Terms

Ft100 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ft100 and its users.

By using ft100's website, app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using ft100.

Ft100 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Ft100 services are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Copying, redistributing, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Ft100's content, design, and technology are fully protected by intellectual property rights.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the betting services on ft100, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID or passport may be requested at any time to verify your age.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Each person may only open one account. The system will automatically detect any attempt to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are solely liable for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC process, ft100 may request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method documentation at any time. Failure to provide these documents may result in your withdrawal being temporarily placed on hold.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ft100. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Please only use a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on ft100. In any betting dispute, ft100's decision is final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless ft100 acknowledges an error on its part.
• Any change in odds does not affect confirmed bets. The odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• Ft100 reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Ft100 is not liable for disconnections during live betting. Please ensure you have a stable connection before placing a bet.

• Placing multiple bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to gain an advantage (arbitrage) is prohibited.

If an event is abandoned or postponed, the bet is generally voided and the stake returned. However, in certain markets, settlement may be based on partial results.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on ft100 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to these terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the bonus offer. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are fulfilled.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Eligible Bets: Only bets placed on specified games or markets count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed with free bets or other bonuses are generally excluded.
• In cases of fraud: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or gain advantages through fraudulent means will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Ft100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Ft100 believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. The wellbeing and financial security of our users are our top priorities.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• You can take a temporary break with a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• If you apply for long-term self-exclusion, ft100 will fully close your account for the specified period.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or attempts to hack the system.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Failure to submit documents requested for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

If an account is closed, any outstanding balance will be returned after investigation, unless fraud or a breach of terms is established.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint against ft100, please follow the process below:

2. Ft100 will provide an initial response to any complaint within 7 business days of receipt.
3. For complex disputes, a final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.
4. In any betting-related dispute, ft100's decision is final and binding.

All dispute resolution proceedings will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
